Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order from In Stride Tack! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Window

  • Refunds: Eligible within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Store Credit: Eligible within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Returns must be approved by us before you send them. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

📷 Tip: Take photos of the item and package before shipping your return, just in case of postal damage.

How to Start a Return

Email us at instridetack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — just send us photos and your order number so we can help quickly.


Items That Can't Be Returned

Due to the nature of some items, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Perishables (like horse treats)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Opened and used personal care items (e.g., grooming sprays)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and approving your return.

  • After 14 days, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
