Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you order from In Stride Tack! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
Return Window

Refunds: Eligible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Store Credit: Eligible within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or store credit:

Items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached and original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Returns must be approved by us before you send them. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.
📷 Tip: Take photos of the item and package before shipping your return, just in case of postal damage.
How to Start a Return
Email us at instridetack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — just send us photos and your order number so we can help quickly.
Items That Can't Be Returned
Due to the nature of some items, we can’t accept returns on:

Perishables (like horse treats)

Custom or personalized products

Opened and used personal care items (e.g., grooming sprays)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and approving your return.

After 14 days, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
